You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

This is a great bag. It is made from canvas, therefore it is very durable, and is just the right size. It is ideal if you want to carry a few kiddie's essentials with you but don't want to have the hassle of carrying a heavy change bag around. When you're not using it, it makes a lovely decorative feature for the baby's bedroom. The motif is nice and big and is stitched beautifully. I was using this item within 48 hours of ordering it due to the prompt dispatching by ThePatchworkApple. I will definitely order again in the future.
