When you place an order, I will receive your name, delivery address, and email address through Folksy. These details are only used to process and deliver your order or address any related queries. If you contact me via the Folksy messaging system, I will receive your username and email address.

• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.

I will retain your personal data only as long as necessary to complete your transaction, securely storing it during that time. Personal data related to orders or customer queries is retained for six years. After this period, I will securely delete your information.
