Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If you’d like to exchange your print or get a refund, please return it in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please get a ‘proof of posting’ certificate too as we can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit. Refunds will exclude delivery charges.
It’s unlikely but if your print arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours.
