I absolutely LOVE doing custom orders, there's something truly special about it and that extra bit of love that comes from making a personalised gift really does pass on to the recipient - trust me!
Personal, customised commissions are welcome, as well as bulk orders for weddings. I aim to ship all items put within 5 working days of payment, but please drop me a line if your enquiring about a bulk order.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
