Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

PAYMENT POLICY

I accept Paypal only thanks. If you don't have a Paypal account you can still pay through Paypal just by using your credit card on their secure site.

Once payment has been recieved I will then start to work on your item.

DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping costs are as stated in the listing. If you need an item fast then please convo me and I can provide an express option.

I ship Monday - Friday. I take care when labelling and packaging the items to ensure that they arrive safely. If the item is a gift I am happy to ship to direct to the recipient just let me know.

RETURNS POLICY

I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you aren't happy please convo me and I will rectify the situation. After all I want happy customers who love my products!

I'm afraid I won't be able to refund a personalised item unless it is faulty.
