Hi, I'm Felicity. Thank you for stopping by to browse my shop. I'm passionate about supporting small 'cottage industries', and the beauty and individuality of handmade products. It is wonderful to be part of the Folksy community.
I live with my husband, our children, our dog (Pip the cavapoo) and our cat, Jasper, in the beautiful Norfolk Broads.
As a child, I was introduced to the wonderful world of handmade by a lovely Scottish lady called Jessie, who was a friend of my parents. I have experimented with a variety of crafts since then, but always come back to knitting as my favourite. I've learnt so much from many more experienced knitting friends along the way, particularly over the last 10 years or so, which has led me to where I am now, and the creation of Swallowtail Stitches. I knit more than I can keep or gift to friends and family!
When I'm not busy crafting something out of beautiful yarns, I love walking and boating on the Norfolk Broads with my family, and playing the harp.
