Hi there! My name is Suzanne Booth, and I founded Suzie Jules. Originally, Suzie Jules was a collaboration between myself and my mother, Julie Milton, which is how we came up with the name. After my mother moved to Dorset, I continued to work under the Suzie Jules label as a sole trader.
I have always been passionate about creativity and trained as a textile designer at Winchester School of Art, graduating in 2000. In addition to pursuing my creative interests, I have also raised two children and trained as a Primary School Teacher. Today, I continue to work as an educational content creator while creating the Suzie Jules range.
From my garden studio in Hampshire, I design and create a range of handmade textile-based products under the Suzie Jules label. More recently, my love of teaching has led me to create craft kits that enable others to learn new skills and make beautiful items of their own. I was delighted to be endorsed by Theo Paphitis in April of 2021 by winning his Small Business Sunday Award, whereby he chooses businesses to share with his millions of Twitter followers.
Suzie Jules continues to grow and evolve, and I've recently developed a programme of exciting workshops to explore a range of yarn crafts to share my love of being creative.
