I create colourful and playful artwork and greetings cards to bring joy to your home and to your loved ones.

I have always loved sending and receiving post (not the kind with bills!). There’s something so exciting about hearing the letterbox go and seeing a beautiful handwritten envelope waiting to be opened. I love the idea that the card I have chosen to send will bring a little extra joy to someone’s day.

In my new collection for 2022 you will find a range of modern, colourful greetings card designs for every occasion. Whether you want to send some birthday wishes, celebrate someone’s achievements or simply let someone know you’re there for them, I’ve got you covered.

I print my cards onto recycled papers embedded with seeds, so when you send your card you’re sending a little gift too! When the card is no longer needed, it can be planted to grow some flowers.

All Suzanne Marie Paperie designs start their life as original artworks created through playful experiments with watercolour, pen and pencil. I love to experiment with colour and combine modern abstract painting styles with traditional drawing techniques.

Sustainability is at the heart of what I do and all of my cards and art prints are printed in small quantities in the UK onto recycled and fully recyclable papers. I use only papers made from recycled materials or alternative materials, so within my range you will find products printed onto papers made from recycled cotton, bamboo, agave nectar, eucalyptus and plantable seed paper. All of my packaging is plastic free and made from recycled paper, I don’t wrap greetings cards in cellophane and my products are 100% recyclable.

Buying from me

Welcome to my Folksy shop!

I create eco-friendly art and greetings cards from my own paintings and illustrations. All of my products are lovingly designed and handmade in my home studio in Preston, Lancashire and printed onto a range of recycled and tree-free paper and card. My cards and gift tags are all available printed on plantable seed paper, so when your recipient has finished enjoying them they can plant the paper and grow some lovely flowers!

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Because of the nature of these items, unless faulty, I am unable to issue refunds on the following:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items on sale

Unless an item is faulty, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
