Buying from me

I design these bright, sparkling, water and frost proof mosaics using recycled stained glass and mirrors. I'm always happy to discuss a bespoke commission, it is a chance to work closely with my customers often bringing with it interesting challenges. Any questions or requests please feel free to contact me either via Folksy or my own website at Sue Smith Glass. I use recycled wrappings when possible and send via 24hr courier within 3 days. Quotes available for larger pieces.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I will automatically refund the full purchase price and return courier costs if your item arrives damaged and in the event of this happening, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery.
