Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Returns Policy We will gladly exchange or refund any unused goods if they were not as described within 14 days of receipt. Simply email us with your order number and we will send you the return code ensure goods are in an unused condition, in their original packaging. POSTAGE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL GOODS RETURNED This does not affect your Statutory Rights .If you are returning Faulty Goods, please return them in a clean condition as we are unable to accept any soiled goods DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. In this case we will issue you with a full refund however you will need to return the entire order at your own cost. In all cases, the goods must be in an unused and in a saleable condition with all tags and labels attached and will be inspected on their return. If you decide to cancel the contract for your order with Staffordshire Bushcraft you must let us know in writing via the contact email, quoting your customer ID and date of order (order number)
