I am always happy to customise orders. If there is anything that you would like in a different colour, pattern or style, please let me know and I will do my best to make it work.
I always try to ship in 3 days or less for stock items and 7 for made to order and custom items (this will be noted in the listing).
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
