Wow, so at the end of the first week since my shop opened I have orders for 40 candles and 4 bags (2 of which are being made to measure for twin teenage girls). Although only one of these orders is through the website, having the shop has given me the anchor I needed to market my wares. A big thank you to folksy and all of my current and future customers! Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
