I love simple and beautiful jewellery and I keep all things simple :-) Every piece of jewellery is made with care and love!

All UK order will be ship by Royal Mail 1st class. It take approx. 2-5days.

International order will be ship by standard air mail. It take approx.10-35days.

Please note that custom order is NOT RETURNABLE

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Please make payment within 24 hours after purchase.

Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I'll try my best to resolve any problems. I only accept return case by case. In the event of return, the buyer is responsible for the postage cost and the items must be return as it original packaging. Please contact me within 3 days upon item received.
