I Helen Drewett am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.

When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.

The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:

• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.

• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.

The work of this maker is a total delight. She is a wonderful artist who makes tiny jewels or art works every time she lifts her needle.
I have bought from her many times Not only do I love her work but the people I give them too are touched and delighted with such a beautiful gift. There is not enough good I say abut her delightful work .
As a seller she shines . I had trouble with an order and she replaced it without even being asked. I am touched by such kindness.
I am grateful to be able to own her work.

Helen is the most wonderful artist . Her work is simply divine. Every stitch, every design is is a delight. I love her work and love her so much. I can not thank her enough. It was a small card. Not a lot of effect put into it. Packaging was the only presentation made, but you cannot send the card and packaging to someone. Needs to do better !!!
