I ShambhalaDesigns am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

We are Justin and Kellie and we live in Devon by the sea and create beautiful items for ritual use, for your altar, for ceremonies, protection, spells, healing and magical living.
We are blessed to be the guardians of ancient woodland and many of our creations are made from fallen and gifted wood from the old trees we look after. We are happy to take on commissions for bespoke items with your own symbols, please just ask .
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
We do our best to ensure your order is correct and safely packaged, but occasionally problems arise during the delivery process. If an item is broken or damaged on arrival, an item is missing, you have received the wrong item or if you are unhappy with your order for any other reason please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your package and we will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. In the case of damage, we will ask for photographs of both the packaging and the damaged or broken item as we will need this to make a claim with either the courier or Royal Mail. All delivery costs incurred are not eligible for refund. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
We accept paypal payments and credit or debit card payments in GB Sterling. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with Payment please do not hesitate to contact us and we will assist you in anyway that we can.
Customers in the UK can pay with a direct bank transfer if they wish, please contact us directly if you want to use this method.
All orders are now shipped with tracking and insurance and will require a signature on arrival. This is not the cheapest but it is the safest method. If you are wanting to order multiple items from outside the UK, then please message us for the best shipping price we can obtain for you.
If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, we can include a personal message from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let us know when ordering and we will also leave out the invoice!
We try to use as much recycled packaging as possible, but we do use bubble wrap as this helps to protect your item.
Shambhala Designs UK ship to most of the world, if your country is not listed, then please contact us and we will quote for p&p to your country. We use mainly Royal Mail and UPS depending upon the size and weight of your package.
Standard delivery within the UK is usually 2-3 days, if you need something faster then please contact us as we can arrange special delivery for an additional cost.
Delivery to Europe normally takes 5-8 working days.
Delivery to the US normally takes around 2 weeks to arrive, however, it has been known to be delayed and take as long as 6 weeks, but this does not happen often, but it can happen.
Delivery to Australia & New Zealand normally takes 2 weeks, but again can be delayed.
We always attach customs documents to parcels leaving the UK, but customs can occasionally delay packages further.
