You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I used this pattern to make this pencil case as a gift for friends at Christmas. I’m not an experienced sewer but was delighted at the result and the gifts were well received. The instructions were easy to follow with photographs of each step as well as text explaining what to do. Having never put a zip in anything this was very much needed by me! I would definitely use more of these patterns.
