Buying from me

My aim is to provide beautiful items designed to help you with your plastic-free journey. I am very passionate about the environment and reducing waste. I aim to use only disposable packing materials (card envelopes, paper tape, and recycled tissue paper). Sometimes I will use plastic packaging but this will be only what I have received parcels in and aim to reuse it so it doesn't end up in the landfill. This will not affect your item and I will not compromise the quality I aim to send to you.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
