Scratchycat candles is the sister company of www.folksy.com/shops/Scratchycatmemories and is the home of natural handcrafted candles. Only natural products and essential oils are used to create environmentally friendly sustainable products - that just happen to smell divine too!. I use soy wax which is made from soy beans and is a nicer more natural alternative to paraffin wax. All my candles have an optimum scent throw that last throughtout burning and a good general scent when unlit. Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
