Buying from me

My boutique is a collection of all my handmade products, this includes unique jewellery and gifts sets, hand crocheted items such as scarves, face pads to clean makeup etc from your face, handcrafted soaps and bodycare products and newly started home decor products. I try to get all items shipped withing 2 to 3 working days, with the exception of my melt and pour soap as i usually make these to order to keep them fresh, all items are sent Royal Mail recorded.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Thank you for shopping at Sarahs Boutique on Folksy. We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note for hygiene reasons earrings and bodycare products, once opened, cannot be returned.
