I create each card to order and ship within 3 days of your order. Every card is made to your specification and is the perfect keepsake for so many special occasions.
I post 1st class in the UK or International standard elsewhere.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Your item is personalised and not eligible for a refund, however I will refund in the unlikely event that your item has been personalised incorrectly, I do not refund for buyer's remorse.
