If you would like to see a design before you commit to ordering your stationery, please purchase one of the sample listings. Once you have received your sample, and wish to place an order I will set up a custom listing for 50% of the total cost for you to purchase. I will then email you a proof to check. Once you are happy with your proof, the balance due will need to be paid before your order can be printed.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Custom items cannot be returned.
