Handcrafted bags and cushions made from repurposed authentic French heritage fabrics.

Whilst living and working in France with my family I amassed a large stock of vintage fabrics and antique buttons purchased mainly from brocantes, charity shops and the occasional antique shop.

Since moving back to England my collection has been lovingly stored away awaiting inspiration.

My light bulb moment came during the winter months when I was unable to work (I'm a private gardener by trade) and my daughter asked me to make a french market bag for her. It was the start of 'Vintage French'.

All of my bags and cushions are one of a kind, handcrafted or up cycled in the Suffolk cottage where I live, using my French fabrics, buttons and leather in my designs.

Each unique piece has a story to tell and embodies true sustainability by reducing waste and extending the life of textiles.
