    I love my new hat and what an excellent service. I had bought one of the hats but as I have quite a large head it unfortunately didn't fit. The owner was great and made me a new hat with bigger dimensions that fits well. Great communication and speed. Would definitely buy again.

    I love the bag! It’s is so well made with lots of pockets! It goes with anything and the fabric is so soft. The packaging was gorgeous, prompt delivery, plastic free and a lovely nite with care instructions on. Thank you so much!

    I love it! I made sure to get a few sizes bigger than my usual 8 as I wanted an oversized look and the 16 was perfect! The lace detailing with all the little buttons on the back and pockets was really lovely and gave it a really nice summery feel - I can also tell the materials used are high quality as well and will last a good while. Would definitely recommend for something a bit different from the rest of the stuff in the shops!

Buying from me

I'm Caro and I make and remake clothing and accessories from my home in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire.

All of my products have some element that is vintage or pre-loved. I love giving my customers something individual - a lot of my products have a story behind them and the limited nature and supply of pre-loved materials means that most are one-offs or made in small numbers.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Items that have been personalised, for example adding a name or initial, and items that are bespoke, for example making a different size or design to order, are non-refundable. For these items, I will consult with you on the design, fabrics and sizing etc before completing and dispatching your order so that we reduce the risk of any issues.

If there are any issues, please contact me so that I can do my best to put things right.
