Buying from me
I'm Caro and I make and remake clothing and accessories from my home in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire.
All of my products have some element that is vintage or pre-loved. I love giving my customers something individual - a lot of my products have a story behind them and the limited nature and supply of pre-loved materials means that most are one-offs or made in small numbers.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Items that have been personalised, for example adding a name or initial, and items that are bespoke, for example making a different size or design to order, are non-refundable. For these items, I will consult with you on the design, fabrics and sizing etc before completing and dispatching your order so that we reduce the risk of any issues.

I love my new hat and what an excellent service. I had bought one of the hats but as I have quite a large head it unfortunately didn't fit. The owner was great and made me a new hat with bigger dimensions that fits well. Great communication and speed. Would definitely buy again.
