Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Once a custom order has been started, there will be no cancellation or returns, unless the item is faulty. All images endeavour to give an accurate illustration of the handmade pieces of jewellery made by Ravens Jewellery, some differences may occur in gemstones and by the very nature each item is handmade.
Any other returned item must be returned unworn within 7 days of reciept. This must be posted back to me by Royal Mail Tracked service and I must be sent the tracking details as proof of postage.
The shipping options on Folksy do not allow me to automatically give an upgrade. The listing here is for a standard second class shipping with no tracking. If you would prefer tracking please email me. Thank you.
I post through Royal Mail. I can post with large letter postage, with no tracking, this is the lowest basic price on the listing. This can take a few days to reach you.
You can up grade to Royal Mail Tracked postage, which is my preference. I will email you the tracking details and I can check you have signed for it. You can choose this option and email me your preference for correct charges.
If you are ordering from outside the EU custom duties sometimes have to be paid. I myself am not responsible for these costs. I do put that the item is a gift or trinket on the customs label so it is highly unlikely this will be charged to you.
I will refund any item that is faulty. This must be returned to me. Any returned item must be returned unworn within 7 days of reciept. This must be posted back to me by Royal Mail Tracked service and I must be sent the tracking details as proof of postage.
If the item is lost in the post, I will investigate with the Royal Mail and then send you another item if it is not found within 4 weeks.
