All personalised items are non refundable, so please ensure that you have the correct spelling as you would like it to appear, prior to order.
Processing times are usually 3-5 days, but can vary for individual items. Postage costs are usually £3.50, including processing fees, unless free delivery is advertised as included with the price of the item advertised at the time. I keep proof of postage for all items and delivery is also tracked.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
