Buying from me
All our items are handcrafted by myself, here in Yorkshire.
The prototypes of all our toys have been through extreme testing by my own team of feline testers, who highly recommend them. I use double knit wool for the crocheted toys, ensuring them to be hard wearing. Our own combination of catnip is used in the cat toys. I do recommend that you supervise your cat when they are playing with their toy, and that it is removed if it becomes damaged.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
