I make jewellery re-using silver vintage cutlery. My designs are most defintiely outside the box!

I create original jewellery designs, presented as collections. I also work to commission designing one-off pieces, often using clients own silver cutlery.

The jewellery is all hand-crafted in my Bristol workshop and, where possible, can be stamped with dates or words to make it a true one off.

Each piece in every collection is unique with its own story. Predominantly working in silver, I also incorporate semi-precious stones and found objects such as sea glass.

I find antique silverware, rich in texture and history, particularly satisfying to work with.

“Spoon rings date back to the 1600s in England and represent love, responsibility and commitment. Too poor to afford a 'real' engagement ring, servants would steal a silver spoon from their master's home and have it crafted into a ring to give to the love of their life when they proposed.”

So not only does each piece of antique silver cutlery that I work with have its own lineage, but the act of making jewellery from cutlery is deep in our culture too.

The idea for the 'Peas In A Pod' collection fell out of a conversation with a client looking for something unique.

“She wanted a piece of jewellery to give to a loved one that symbolised their friendship. I came up with the two peas in a pod design – two peas as the two friends – and after seeing it, she decided to get one for herself too, so they could both have one. The necklaces were both nearly the same but subtly different. Then another client wanted three peas for her three daughters… and so on. The collection just appeared from nowhere, all of its own accord.”

The collections are continually evolving and being added to, with fresh pieces arriving and new collections in the pipeline, so if you would like to keep in touch please join our mailing list (which comes out four times a year)."

SHIPPING - I make my peas in a pods to order which usually take me 1-2 working days from the time they are ordered. I post everything Royal Mail first class signed for so will arrive the next day after posting in the UK and 5 working days anywhere else.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or refund, please contact us to discuss your requirements, and return the item to us in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of receipt.

Alternatively, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase.

Exempt from any exchange or refund are bespoke pieces and items that have been customised to a customer’s request. These include stamped items and bespoke commissions.
When ordering rings online it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct size. We are happy to exchange silver rings in an average finger size free of charge. Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.Please note that the original postage costs are not refundable and we do not accept any responsibility for the return postage costs. Exceptions to this are if an item is faulty upon receipt.

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or a refund.

If the package you receive is damaged or open, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs of postage to return the goods and issue a re-delivery.

Return the item to us via a secure, trackable service. If you are in the UK, we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery. We do not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These are the responsibility of the customer.

In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 28 days of receipt of the item.
