Parcels to UK are sent by 2nd Class and can take up to 1-3 working days to arrive
Posting to Europe can take 5-7 working days to arrive
Parcels to the rest of the world can take 7-21 working days to arrive
Please take these times into account when placing an order if it for a gift

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I take care in packaging my products but in the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged within 14 days of receipt of the product:
1) Please notify me straight away by convo
2) Once I have received the returned goods along with the original packaging, I will issue you with a Paypal refund less the shipping costs, buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Any shipping costs overpaid will be refunded back to you.
Please read measurements, descriptions and item details carefully. If necessary please have a tape measure handy before purchasing goods. This way you can get an idea of the size to avoid any disappointment. All my measurements are taken in inches. All items are as they are shown in the pictures. Some colours may vary as not all could be captured in true colour. E.g some purples/blues may be lighter or darker than they appear.
