I want you to be completely happy with your jewellery and your shopping experience. Every single order I receive is handled with the utmost care and attention. Please feel free to message me if you any queries or additional requirements (such as a different chain length, a different gem stone, or if you would like me to include a special message).
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
In stock items are usually posted within 3 days.
I always obtain proof of posting to which Royal Mail honours up to £20 in compensation but I regret I cannot replace items lost by Royal Mail unless using insured options.
I hope you are happy with your jewellery. However, if you are not entirely satisfied I am happy to offer an exchange if the piece is returned in it's original unworn condition within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Please contact me first to arrange the return. When returning an item please use a tracked service as I cannot assist with lost or damaged returns.
