Buying from me
I use red earthenware clay for all the pots I make and everything is made on the wheel. I can produce named bowls to order with 4 weeks notice.
All items are securely packed and I like to re-use packaging and boxes. If there are several items in one order, I will send them double boxed. I use tracked delivery that usually takes two days in the UK. I aim to process orders within 5 days of receiving them.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I ordered the bowl and it arrived quickly, beautifully packaged, and Ursula kept me informed throughout the process. I knew the bowl was beautiful, but the reality is beyond that. The bowl is weighty enough not to get knocked over, deep enough to last the day, and narrow enough that B's ears don't get a bath whilst slurping. It's also gorgeous and a thing of beauty. Did I mention I was rather pleased with my purchase?
