Buying from me
Welcome to my Folksy shop. My name is Pixie-Pie and I’m an illustrator from North Yorkshire, living in Merseyside with my partner and our cat, Nebula.
I post/ship any orders I receive every Friday, and aim to have orders shipped within a week. However, due to high demand this can take up to two weeks.
Cancellations must be made before your item has been shipped.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Please be aware I cannot be responsible for anything that may happen to your order once it has been shipped and leaves my care, or for postage systems in other countries. If there is a problem with your order or you have not received it within 30 days of purchase, please contact me.

Cancellations must be made before delivery (every Friday of the week) and you will be responsible for the cost of postage for shipping any returns you wish to make. If I do not receive returned items I cannot issue a refund.
