Beautiful, handmade hats & headpieces. I LOVE hats and hope you do too.

I'm originally from New Zealand, the path to millinery wasn’t direct. Initially working in the corporate world while making hats and headpieces for me and my friends on the weekends, I expanded my skills once I got to London. An entire world of millinery and making opened up to me. I've been very lucky and have learned many wonderful, traditional techniques from talented milliners from the UK, USA and Australia. This has allowed me to develop my own style and methods for design and construction.

I love hats and always have done! I thoroughly being able to dream up an idea for a hat and then set about to making it become a reality.

At the moment I am also working on a collection using recycled textiles, such as Men's ties which I've rescued from charity shops, and coffee bean sacks which I buy from a chap in Brick Lane - its the perfect excuse to have a peek in the vintage clothing market while I'm there.

Buying from me

Pink Feijoa presents show stopping vintage inspired hats and headpieces. All pieces are hand-made with love and care by Jessica. Using fine vintage materials, luxurious wools, beautiful special straws, hand embellished applique, beadwork and embroidery. Fine attention to detail, recycling textiles, and vintage inspirations set us apart.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Our hats are all made by hand from scratch in our London studio; we make them to the highest quality possible but small imperfections can be present at times.

If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, providing that the hat has not been stained or damaged in any way (outside as well as inside). Before shipping the item back, please get in touch by email with as many details as possible, including some pictures.

Shipping costs for returned items should be covered by the customer, using the same shipping method and original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale

Due to the bespoke nature of the product, we do not allow exchanges.
