Warm welcome to all sweet friends
I am Indonesian who fall in love with my Italian husband and began start my crafter passions there.
Picorella was born in Napoli, Italy. A warm and beautiful place.
The name itself taken from Pecorella , an Italian word which mean a little sheep.
As i love to work with yarns, wool and felt.. Picorella began her journey around the world.
I have recently move to Manchester, UK and cannot wait to spread my wings through my art passions.

All my creations are made with quality material in free smoke and no pets studio, high care and details, to make sure you will get a lovely and quality handmade items.
And if you want a custom order, surely i would be glad to make something special for you.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Since all my items are MADE TO ORDER / CUSTOM ORDER unfortunately REFUNDS and RETURNS are NOT accepted.

But if you made a wrong order, please contact me as soon as possible before i process your order, i may cancel and refund it. Cancellations must within 24 hours after you made an order, if after 24 hours (your order has been process/made), they are NOT ACCEPTABLE.

All orders are shipped by STANDARD MAIL (NO track, NO insurance).
Please contact me before order if you want to upgrade the shipment, they are available upon request with additional cost.
