My agate tree of life pendant arrived and was a lot bigger than expected, however the piece that held it into the chain was broken, I sent an email and very quickly I had a response apologising. She found another one and sent it out but did not want the original back so I now have a lovely solid purple agate pendant as well as the tree of life. I highly recommend this seller, lovely response from her, and I will be purchasing again.
