The item came VERY quickly, and was VERY easy to do. I've never cross-stitched before, but I'm almost done with this one, and it looks adorable!!! I also found I can use the pattern as a crochet pattern, which was WAY cool. I'm making a blanket for Valentine's Day using the pattern, and I'll send pictures when I'm done, if you like :)
