Unique hand-thrown pots

I make my pots at the Sunken Studio in Leeds. It's a great co-working space where I'm inspired by other people's work. I realised one day that I wanted to make things and have discovered a creative side I'd never really explored. I have only one hand so I spend quite a lot of time thinking about how to adapt techniques - so far, so good!

My shop name was inspired by the Beano character "Pansy Potter the strongman's daughter". She didn't know her own strength and would have been a disaster in a china shop! Also, I like pansies. It seemed like a good idea, anyway. All my pots carry my pansy mark.

I make unique pieces rather than uniform tableware, although I do explore forms I like. If you don't see anything you like, do keep checking back as I will load new stock every few weeks.
