Rolling Mill Texture Plates Handmade in Yorkshire

I love making silver Jewellery but I wanted something different a way of adding texture to my pieces. Lots of trial and error brought me to making my own texture plates and when other folk saw them they asked me to make them some and Oxford Texture Plates was born!
I had lived in Oxfordshire all my life until a year ago when I moved to the Yorkshire wolds. Inspiration is everywhere, the flora and fauna, amazing views, the sea, pattern and texture is everywhere, my head is buzzing with everything I want to create.

So if you would like to make your pieces stand out from the crowd try adding a little texture the possibilities are endless. These are not machine made, they are created by hand here in Yorkshire simple artisan metal plates hat work beautifully on annealed metal.
