Buying from me

Hi, my name is Kate Pegram and I make teddy bears, animals and cloth dolls. Each item is unique and designed by me using good quality materials like mohair and luxury faux fur and wool mix felt.
For my cloth dolls I use a mix of textiles along with embroidery and beadwork.
I am happy to take custom orders and also undertake simple sympathetic restoration to much loved bears in need of TLC.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
