I received a fantastic service, the pendent was beautifully wrapped with every last detail thought about carefully.
Unfortunately due to postman error the puppy ate the first box, luckily causing no damage to the precious pendent. Without any hesitation I was sent replacement packaging to make it look special.

This necklace is beautiful, my daughter saw it when we were on holiday in Hope Cove, Devon.
