Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase and feel you cannot leave positive feedback, please contact me.

All custom orders are final. I work with you and will send photographs during the creative process to ensure the item fits your wants and needs.
If you are not happy with the product then a refund can be made, you must return the item to OhMyFelt (postage cost will not be paid) within 3 days in its original condition before a refund can be made.
