    I purchased a bracelet from Debi for my Partner for Valentines day and she made me a bracelet especially for my partner following my input, and all I can say is the bracelet is beautiful, really well made and at a fraction of the cost of some well known designers that are to be honest almost the same. So if you want to buy some lovely jewellery for anyone I would highly recommend buying from Debi at Off The Wall Jewellery.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Please note, for hygeine reasons earrings are excluded from the standard policy unless faulty. Also excluded are all made to specific requirements items, including pieces that are outside the standard size eg 18cm for bracelets and 6cm for rings.
