My name is Renata and I came from a Fine Art background. Educated in sculpture, classic painting and drawing techniques I am always busy with discovering new creative fields. In my personal view Art works best if it appears in our houses with everyday products we use. I love buying handmade products as they are much much better than any other. Handmade items have better quality and finish. They also have a SOUL, that small piece of artist's love and energy put into a small product.

I live in South Yorkshire but originally came from Poland. English is my second language (so please, forgive me for all my language mistakes, I am still learning) . I am in absolute love with flowers, roses and nature so living in a country where flowers and gardens are absolutely everywhere makes me really happy.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I put a great attention into all my products to ensure your full satisfaction, so if for any reason whatsoever you are unhappy with your items, you have the right to return your purchase for a refund. For Health & Hygiene reason hair accessories are sealed with safety hygiene seal and if it is broken retrurns cannot be accepted. All costs of returning and exchanges are customers responsibility.

Faulty Items - A do believe that this part is unnecessary as I check carefully each item before packing. However if any problem appears just let me know and I can offer full repair/ replacement.
