Plywood earrings pierced out and painted by hand.

I have been studying and practising art and craft since I was a child. My grandmother taught me how to knit, sew and make sugar crafted flowers. We are both magpies with a huge love of costume jewellery. I am inspired by architecture and the fine details of a building, such as the windows, mouldings and details of a door. I am also inspired by nature and with the idea of preserving it and capturing a moment with the use of resin. My mother taught my how to bake and I am most famous for me lemon drizzle cake and my chocolate coca cola cake!
I work in a cluttered, but organised corner of my garage, while listening to radio 6. The pieces are then painted and completed in my home with a pot of tea and supervised by my cat Bernard.
