Orders placed before 5pm will be shipped the next working day. All orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class so on many occasions will arrive the day after postage, however please leave 10 days before enquiring about a missing parcel (As per Royal Mail guidelines).
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Product nicely wrapped. Perfect would be lavender coloured ribbon with tag explaining it is a lavender gift set. Commenting on wrapping because as a fellow crafter I appreciate constructive feedback.
