Buying from me
Thank you for visiting Northern Silversmith. All my items are handmade and therefore unique and no two pieces will be exactly the same. I love commissions so if you want something similar to an item in the shop, then please get in touch and I will be happy to work with you.
All items in my shop will be packed and posted within 3 working days of payment and sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery.
Please note: deliveries are currently limited to UK addresses only.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
