Welcome to No. 23 Creations. My name is Nikita and I am the artist/ designer behind the scenes. Join me on my journey in learning and growing in creating art. I was told at school to forget about art! So, for years I thought that I could not draw or paint.
About 6 years ago, my husband invested in some brushes, card stock and basic paints and I began making cards for friends and family. I could see the difference my cards were making and the joy they brought, so I decided to spend more time painting. Today, I am actually selling my art online and at craft markets! My thoughts about creativity have greatly changed and I am no longer stuck. I have learnt to embrace my mistakes and just go for it. I particularly have grown to enjoy painting wildflowers and animals and also using pen to define illustrations. I also design digitally and have combined my watercolours with digital design in some of my products.
