Lovely linocuts ...

From an early age, I enjoyed being creative and loved making things. Over the years I have explored many crafts but it is printmaking, particularly linocut printmaking, that has captured my imagination. I love the process; carving the lino, the smell and sound of the ink on the roller and the exciting moment when the print is revealed. There is always a surprise .. sometimes good, sometimes bad .. but always interesting.

I'm inspired by many things - the natural world and wildlife, patterns and colour, Moorish design and architecture, and a lifelong love of Jane Austen .. and Mr Darcy!

I live on the south coast in Emsworth, Hampshire and have exhibited and sold my prints in exhibitions at the Oxmarket Gallery in Chichester and the University of Winchester.
