Hello, I am UK based (Poole), but I often travel to The Netherlands and Belgium, where I have a small studio as well. Anyone who would like to meet a like minded person, feel free to let me know, :)

Thank you for your interest in learning more about me. I am a self-taught artist. My jewellery work is hand-formed, hand-soldered and I am very passionate about my craft.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and I will refund you if you send the item back within 2 weeks from the date of arrival, unless this has been a custom made item.

I am a one woman business and this is my bread and butter, so I make sure that my customers are happy with their purchases. Please, send the item back unworn and in the original package.

I am not able to refund shipping costs and the buyer is responsible for the costs that are related to shipping item(s) back .

♥♥IMPORTANT♥♥:
Please check your ring size with the ring size chart available as a link on my listings. I use it as a reference for my rings and once I get a custom order for a ring I will consider that you have already checked my ring size chart, so basically you cannot get the wrong size shipped to you!

It's important to order the correct size right from the start, since there is nothing on the shelf to exchange your ring with if you order the wrong size. I can re-size your existing ring but there is a fee associated with that (unless for some reason I made a mistake and made the ring the wrong size )
