Buying from me

Once I have received payment, i will ship your product within 2-3 working days. If you would like it shipped sooner, please get in touch before purchasing.
I send everything in the UK via First class Royal mail, which usually takes 1-3 days. Worldwide purchases will be sent Royal mail Airmail and can take up to 28 days (but normally 8-14).

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I do except refunds and returns, with a valid reason. If you need to return the product, you (the buyer) will be responsible for paying all postage fee's.
